Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Associate to join our team at Constellation Brands in Dubai. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Innovative and able to think outside the box - Strong negotiation skills
