Lithia Motors is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions. 4. Use decision-making skills to determine the best course of action to assist customers effectively. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
