Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role will require at least 7 years of relevant experience in web chat management. The ideal candidate will be passionate and driven, with exceptional time management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including system maintenance, user engagement strategies, and performance metrics. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for web chat operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze web chat data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and customer satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the web chat platform. - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to web chat management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of managing high-volume web chat operations. - Proficiency in web chat platforms and related software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
