Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Manager to join our team at Kindred Healthcare in Dubai. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and driving engagement with our website visitors.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely manner - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and other concerns through the chat platform - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize chat messaging and drive engagement - Use data analytics to track chat performance and make recommendations for improvements - Train and mentor chat agents to provide an exceptional customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
