Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Estee Lauder is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for the beauty industry. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through chat platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through web chat - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical issues affecting the web chat platform - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of Estee Lauder products - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Persuasive communication skills to engage and retain customers - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred - Strong technical skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed
