Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Manager to work remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all web chat platforms to ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through web chat interactions. 3. Train and mentor a team of web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize website content and user experience based on customer feedback from chat interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 8. Develop and implement project management skills to oversee multiple chat-related projects simultaneously. 9. Use creativity to develop engaging and effective chat scripts and responses.

Requirements: 1. 7 or more years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. High level of creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
