Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Manager for Home Depot, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the web chat operations from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to possess traits such as passion and independence, as well as soft skills like innovation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze chat transcripts to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations. 5. Train and onboard new chat agents as needed. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
