Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Officer to join our team at Hertz Global Holdings in Abu Dhabi. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with customers. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and handle multiple web chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Familiarity with customer service best practices - Experience in the travel industry is a plus
