Web Chat Officer

Job Description: WellCare Health Plans is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or communication role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize persuasion skills to promote WellCare Health Plans services and products to customers - Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed about WellCare's products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service, communication, or related field - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficiency in written communication - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
