Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website. This role is part-time and is perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information on insurance policies, answer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize decision-making skills to handle customer complaints and negotiate solutions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Driven and energetic personality traits to keep up with a fast-paced environment - Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
