Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at Jacobs Engineering Group in Dubai. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via web chat - Utilizing critical thinking and analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and efficiency - Meeting set targets for response times and customer satisfaction - Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in a customer service or web chat role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms - Knowledge of technical terminology and troubleshooting skills - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours - Passion for technology and staying up to date with industry trends
