Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Web Chat Representative to join our team at Aetna in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is part-time and requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with customers via web chat.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat -Educate customers on products and services offered by Aetna -Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions -Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience -Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: -1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role -Excellent communication and typing skills -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers -Critical thinking skills to address and solve customer problems -Reliable and punctual work ethic -Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
