Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat setting.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries - Assist customers in navigating the company website and resolving any issues they may encounter - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer service - Utilize customer relationship management software to track customer interactions and ensure a personalized experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the web chat platform and customer service process - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat environment - Strong people management and communication skills - Excellent typing and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
