Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, confident, and possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through web chat, assisting with inquiries, issues, and orders in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback ratings

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Energetic and confident personality with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
