Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Web Chat Representative to join our team at Time Warner in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess the following personality traits: resilience and drive. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills, specifically in critical thinking and communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the Team Lead or Supervisor

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Must be driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed
