Web Chat Representative - Work from home

We are seeking a motivated and talented Web Chat Representative to join our team at Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Assist with processing transactions and updating customer accounts - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to research and provide accurate information - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
