Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team to work from home in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and promotions. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions for future reference. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service.

Requirements: 1. Independent personality with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 2. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills to anticipate customer needs and address them proactively. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in web chat platforms and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 8. Fluent in English with additional languages being a plus.
