Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a passionate and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Web Chat Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns via online chat. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and other concerns - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively - Experience using web chat platforms and customer service software preferred - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service - Soft skills in people management and leadership are a plus
