AbbVie, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Web Chat Representative to work from home in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through web chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat services - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution - Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide accurate and timely solutions - Negotiate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful mindset to handle various customer situations - Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints effectively - Ability to research and troubleshoot customer inquiries to provide accurate solutions - Excellent written communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally through web chat - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
