Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Chat Specialist to join our team at NVR in Dubai. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through web chat interactions. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and increase conversion rates - Collaborate with other team members to optimize web chat strategies and improve overall customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced online sales environment - Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer decisions through effective communication - Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and customer engagement - Prior experience in online customer service or sales is highly preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume customer service setting - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
