Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online chat platform to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chat inquiries from clients and provide accurate and timely responses - Troubleshoot technical issues with the chat platform and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Keep detailed records of chat interactions and follow up with clients as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat communication - Assist in developing strategies to improve the effectiveness of the web chat platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with live chat software is a plus
