Web Chat Specialist

Henry Schein is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with a diverse range of clients. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and problem-solving. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers. - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
