Job Description:

As a Web Chat Specialist at EOG Resources in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. You will be expected to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers. 4. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and new features to better assist customers. 8. Meet key performance indicators related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills and proficient typing abilities. 4. Confident and independent personality traits. 5. Project management and time management skills. 6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively. 7. Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software. 8. Willingness to work part-time hours with potential for paid overtime. 9. Ability to work remotely with flexibility. 10.
