Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Etihad Airways is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the web chat platform - Guide customers through the booking process, address any concerns or issues, and provide accurate information about our services - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Enhance the customer experience by engaging in meaningful and personalized interactions - Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and connect with customers - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
