Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions on our company website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our website or online services - Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for web chat support - Stay up-to-date on company promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively - Proficient in using web chat software and other communication tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
