Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Landmark Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on web chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through the company's website chat feature to provide information, assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and effectively - Utilize knowledge of company products and services to accurately answer customer questions and offer solutions - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with exceptional communication skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers in a positive manner - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a web chat environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat platforms - Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
