Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Air Arabia is looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and adaptability. Strong communication skills and the ability to innovate are also important soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and promotions through chat - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the web chat service

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Innovative mindset - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
