Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who excel in problem-solving and communication. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat platforms, resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and guidance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
