As a Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management. 4. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures. 5. Contributing to the overall success of the company by supporting various departments as needed.
