UnitedHealth Group is currently seeking a Support Manager for remote work in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote support staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of support services to clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of remote support staff to provide exceptional customer service to clients. 2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and quality. 4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address client needs and concerns. 5. Analyze support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with support services. 7. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new support staff as needed. 8. Handle escalated support issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and adaptability skills. 3. Proven experience in a support management role. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 6. Proficiency in remote communication tools and software. 7. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
