Job Description:
As a Support Manager at St. Jude Medical, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support services. You will work closely with the Director of Customer Support to develop and implement support strategies, as well as monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Your role will involve providing guidance and mentorship to your team, resolving escalated customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support staff to deliver high-quality customer support services - Develop and implement support strategies to optimize team performance - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff to ensure consistent delivery of service - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience managing remote support teams - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
