Support Manager - Remote Work

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a passionate and driven Support Manager to join our remote team in Dubai, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support representatives, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. 3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Analyze support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and maintain support documentation and resources for the team. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strategic planning skills to develop and implement support strategies. 5. Ability to work independently and lead a team. 6. Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
