Bristol-Myers Squibb is currently seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
