Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Dubai Marina Yacht Club is seeking a Support Specialist to work remotely from Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide efficient and timely support to customers via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. 5. Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 5. Prior experience in customer support or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule.
