Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, with strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and any other queries they may have - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and provide personalized service

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and web chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Decision-making skills and attention to detail
