Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Performance Food Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize a knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers. - Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and resolution of customer issues. - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills. - Excellent written communication skills. - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
