Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Associate to join our team at HP. This is a remote work opportunity based in Dubai, UAE, with the flexibility of part-time hours. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, technical troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance purposes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong cooperation skills to work collaboratively with team members - Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs efficiently - Experience in customer service or web chat support is preferred - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
