Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team at Capital One Financial. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via web chat - Train and mentor a team of web chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and improve performance - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Experience in managing and leading a team - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Energetic and positive attitude - Strong research and analytical skills - Previous experience in people management
