Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fluor is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, AE. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance through online chat platforms. This is a part-time role at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
