Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product returns, and troubleshooting. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and promote products. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools. 4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 7. Must be innovative and adaptable to change.
