Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Web Chat Representative to join our team at WEC Energy Group. This is a remote work part-time position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Engaging with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions - Utilizing effective communication skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction - Demonstrating strong attention to detail in order to accurately document customer interactions - Negotiating with customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions - Collaborating with team members to share best practices and enhance performance - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Negotiation skills to handle challenging situations with customers - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in using web chat software and technology - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
