Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients. This role requires a high level of reliability and resourcefulness, as well as strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Utilize resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and timely responses - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand professionally - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and resourceful attitude - Excellent decision-making skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
