Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Amphenol. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time entry-level role, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, assistance, and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Update and maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence to handle customer interactions with empathy and understanding - Excellent planning skills to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent written communication skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
