Job Description - Restaurant Experience Coordinator - Part-Time

We are creating the Middle East's local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain customer's orders, and taking the needed actions to deliver it in time
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, providing possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and suggest improvement to team leaders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any restaurant order related issue
  • Demonstrate an understanding of restaurant requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
  • Address restaurants needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
  • Liaise with other departments CS(customer service, OMT(Order management tool) concerns
  • Act as a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Actively support different tasks when needed

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to understand customer's requests and follow through to resolutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and take ownership in resolving customer's needs and escalating when necessary.
  • Demonstrate team-player attitude and flexibility to assist team members in completing tasks during high workload seasons.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn and progress
  • Be organized, detailed, action-oriented and self-disciplined.
  • Self-starter. Flexible in dealing with customers and restaurants
  • Fluency in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage
