Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns - Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge digital marketing strategies - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence others - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience working remotely and managing a team in a virtual environment
