**Responsibilities:** 1. Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns. 2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. 3. Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels. 4. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for various marketing projects. 5. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. 6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. 7. Support the team in creating presentations, reports, and other marketing materials. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. 10. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software. 5. Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. 8. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is a plus.
