Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team at Navistar International. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with various tasks and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in creating content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and ads - Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns - Support the team in organizing events, webinars, and trade shows - Communicate with external partners, vendors, and clients as needed - Manage and update the marketing database and CRM system - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic design tools - Energetic and resilient individual with a positive attitude - Excellent research skills and ability to gather and analyze data - Strong time management and organizational skills - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment - No prior work experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
