Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a dedicated and confident Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility of remote work. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role will require a high level of innovation and teamwork to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Coordinate marketing activities such as events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. 6. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 2. Strong communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred. 6. Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
