FMC Technologies is seeking a remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an Associate Level Marketing professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential clients. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing you with the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads - Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content for various digital platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in organizing and promoting company events and webinars - Create and manage email marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement - Build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient attitude and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Excellent negotiation skills and a creative mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM platforms, Google Analytics) - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
