Digital Marketing Associate

State Street Corp. is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, persuasive, and a skilled problem-solver.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content - Monitor and report on competitor activities in the digital space - Provide recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts based on data and analysis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing - Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
